What We Repair On-Site

Our on-site goldsmith handles the full range of jewellery repairs, including: ring sizing (sizing up and sizing down), re-tipping and rebuilding worn prongs, stone setting and replacing lost or chipped diamonds and gemstones, chain and necklace repair, clasp replacement, soldering, ring shank replacement, bracelet and bangle repair, earring and post repair, pearl and bead restringing, rhodium plating for white gold, antique and heirloom restoration, watch battery replacement and watch band adjustment, and complete jewellery cleaning and polishing. Most repairs are priced based on the work and materials involved, so we provide an exact quote in-store before any work begins. For example, ring sizing depends on the type of metal and how much gold, platinum, or silver is needed to add or remove, so there is no single flat rate — precious metal pricing varies with the market and the size of the adjustment. Bring your piece in and our jeweller will examine it and give you a clear, no-obligation quote on the spot. There is never a charge to have your item looked at and quoted.
